Full Activity Reporting

Select a desired date range to view all sessions and activtiy in that time. Drill down by user or specific files to find out exactly who, where and how your files were downloaded/uploaded/deleted etc.

Session details on the report include the username, connection time, type of connection, country of origin, ISP lookup and the number of connections made by the user.

User Activity Reporting

Select a user you are interested in and view all activity from that user within a specified timescale. You can then drill down to a specific file or folder which filters for only the specific information you require.

User's activity details include Event Type (Upload, Download, Move, Delete etc), Specific File or Folder accessed, Date and Time, Speed of Transfer and Total Transfer Size.

File Audit Trail Reporting

Specify and filename or part of a filename to see a report for all events and sessions that have interacted with that file. The report shows information about uploads, downloads, file deletion, renaming/moving and folder creation/deletion.

This report is ideal if you need to track down the distribution or audit trail of specific files or folders in your storage solution. It also then allows you to drill down further to our user activity report (above).

Email and SMS Notifications

Get Notified, Stay Informed - Easily setup notifications to be sent to your email address or by SMS to your mobile phone when an event occours.

Our system allows you to monitor and be notified about actions by specific users or actions regarding a certain file or folder on your storage solution.

100 SMS credits are included with each RMS package.

Space Distribution Reporting

Find out exactly where your space is being used in your folder structure rather than a single overall space usage figure.

The report also allows you to click folders to drill down and find where bulky files are taking up your space. If you isolate users to folders this is also a useful way of identifying resource hungry user areas.

Live Activity Dashboard

The RMS Dashboard gives you a complete overview of your storage including your space and bandwidth usage over the past month.

In addition you will find LIVE information and statistics about users currently logged on and the most recent events (uploads, downloads etc) activtity on your storage. All this information links to the relevent reports so you can drill down to the informaton you need.
